Jason was born February 16, 1980, in Nescopeck, PA, the son of Ernest Karl Stout, Sr., and Beverly Manning Stout Felt. He was a machinist and was a member of Fathers Helping Fathers. Surviving are his wife - Tonya Thornley Stout; his mother and step father - Beverly and David Felt of Moncks Corner; his father and step mother - Ernest and Gail Stout of Moncks Corner; a son - Corey Brinson of Indiana; a daughter - Alexis Stout of Moncks Corner; a brother - Ernest K. Stout, Jr of Moncks Corner; and his grandfather - Russell Manning of Nescopeck, PA.; a step brother - Terry McLaughlin; a step sister - Ashley Felt. All services will be private.
