He is survived by his father and mother, both of North Charleston; a sister: Theodora Chefney and a brother, Jermel Canales, both of N. Charleston; maternal grandmother: Margaret Gaddis of Awendaw, SC; paternal grandmother: Danielle Felicia Suber of Carlisle, SC; paternal grandfather: Granville Brice, Jr. of Cheraw, SC; two aunts, three uncles and numerous cousins.
