Chris, Jinell,BJ & Mrs.Lewis, I still cannot believe Janis is not going to be coming to see me every morning to say Good Morning, how are you and always ask how I felt. She was always the one to call if I was not feeling well, during my husband's sickness she checked every day on his progress. I worked with her for 12 years and she kept in touch with everyone and truly cared about them. She was such a classy woman, she loved her children beyond this world and was so happy with Chris. My prayers are with all of you and I know she is in heaven with her God and watching over all of you. My deepest sympathy. I will truly miss her.

To Mrs. Lorraine, just know that you have another angel looking down and smiling upon you. Jinell and B.J.,

I am still at a lost for words to describe the sadness that I am feeling. I fondly remember the last time I spoke with Janis. She always had your best interest at heart. She was a kind-hearted person. She always had a kind and complimentary word for me. She was a "cheer-leader" for you both. I am praying that the angels ushered her straight to the Throne room of God and she entered into His Eternal Kingdom where we all want to be one day. Bless you and know that we love you.

To The Jenkins Family,
When I heard the sad news on Wednesday, I prayed for all of you.
I prayed for the soul of Janis, as I knew she would have me do.

I prayed that God would take her
into the heavenly light,
where I hope to see her once again, way beyond our sight.

None but God, can take away the pain, I know you all felt at her end,
but I believe that God has reserved a place for Janis, my church sister and my friend.

May God's grace and mercy, keep you all strong.

BJ and Jinell,

I imagine there is no worse time than the loss of a mother. Your mom was truly one of the most open and giving human beings I have ever met. I pray you'll sense God’s presence in this time of grief, and feel God’s love surrounding you. Please know God cares so much for you and wipe each tear you cry. He and memories of your mother will NEVER leave your side.

With deepest regret,
