Jamie Scot Bell Charleston - Jamie Scot Bell, 52, of Charleston, SC, entered into eternal rest Saturday, August 7, 2021. His Funeral Service will be held Friday, August 13, 2021 in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., West Ashley Chapel, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 3:00 pm. Interment will follow at Live Oak Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service in the Chapel starting at 2:00 p.m. Jamie was born May 9, 1969 in Beaufort, SC, son of Kathleen Jenkins Kirby. Jamie's true calling was public service. He was most passionate about fire service, where he was able to work and retire from St. John's Fire Department. Jamie was known for his boyish grin, his big heart, never meeting a stranger and always trying to help anyone in need. His greatest loves were his boys and his family and friends. In addition to his mother, Jamie is survived by his sons, Jamie Scot Bell II and John Seabrook Pearson Bell; and sister, Kathleen Denise Kirby. He was preceded in death by his father, Dennis Kirby. So very sorry to hear of Jamie's passing. He was always very sweet, any time I ever saw him. Always the same,from childhood to an adult. GOD bless him & his family. I'm sure he's watching over them from heaven. His family is in my thoughts & prayers.

My sincere thoughts and prayers to the family of Jamie Belle. Last I saw Jamie was about a month and a half ago. He greeted me like he always would by saying "what´s up bubba!" We caught up where we left off. Jamie was a good good guy! Rest easy my friend.

I was so sorry to hear about Jamie´s passing. I hadn´t seen him in a long while, but can never forget his smile and personality to help anyone who needed a helping hand.
