James Wheeler Obituary

James J. Wheeler N. CHARLESTON - James J. Wheeler, 81, of North Charleston, SC, husband of Ruth B. Wheeler entered into eternal rest Wednesday, December 26, 2012. A Funeral Service will be held Sunday, December 30, 2012 in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road at 2:00 pm. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. He was born July 31, 1931 in Columbia Station, Ohio, the son of the late James Leroy Wheeler and Elsie Hubert Wheeler. He was a retired Electronics Technician with the Federal Aviation Administration. Mr. Wheeler was a member of the American Legion in Goose Creek and served as a Sgt. in the US Army. He was a member of New Apostolic Church in Ladson, SC. He is survived by his wife, Ruth B. Wheeler, son: James J Wheeler Jr. and his wife Nuong Huynh Wheeler, daughter: Jaysana J. Wheeler Daniels and her husband Robert Daniels; grandchildren, James John Wheeler III, Jaylee Marie Strawman, Aaron James Wheeler, Jonathon L. Daniels, Linda Huynh, and Jennifer Huynh: great-grandchild, Azriel Huynh; sisters: Ethel, Florence, Faye and Pearl; and extended family, Scott Celento, Dove Rodger, Lee Strawman, and Toni Ward Wheeler.
