Oh Sally and Suzie, my heart is breaking for you and the boys.... While talking to Elisha last night, she told me of Jeannette“s passing! I was so sad that I did not get to see her "one more time"! She was so precious to me, as was your sweet dad, while we lived in Charlotte. I am thrilled to know she had such a wonderful life, was near family and was a Christian! She and Bill are together and I am so thankful that she lived a long life! Please know you are in my thoughts! She was loved by many!

Charles and I enjoyed our short time with Jeanette at the Palms. Happy Hour was a hoot with her. She and I shared the story of the cardinals and I know I will see a cardinal at my feeder in the near future. Fly away, Jeanette, and may your family know that you are at peace.

The Lauren Bacall of The Palms. I will miss Jeanette, her self-assured ways and her lifelike imitation of lines in the movie "To Have and Have Not". Jeanette was popular around here and was always seated at the head of the table at Happy Hour! She knew her place...and we loved her for it! We would expect nothing less.
