James Stueve Obituary

Stueve, James Rof Orlando was 77 when he passed peacefully into God's hands on August 9, 2013. He is survived by his wife Karen of 54 years. Five children: Kay Turley (Steve), Leigh Stueve, Scott Stueve (Rose), Jeff Stueve (Tami), and Renae Dier. Five grandchildren: Lindsay, Brad, Austin, Savannah and Jake. A sister Mary Lou Jackson of Texas and preceded in death by a brother, Robert Stueve. Jim served in Korea with the Army, graduated from Pittsburg Kansas State University, and was employed by CNA Insurance for 37 years. He enjoyed singing in the choir at St. John Vianney Catholic Church. He will be remembered for his hearty laugh, his devotion to faith, family and friends and his love of music. A memorial mass will be celebrated at St. Andrew Catholic Church, 877 N. Hastings St, Orlando, FL 32808 on Friday, August 16 at 10:00am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cornerstone Hospice, 8009 S. Orange Ave., Orlando, FL 32809 or Alzheimer Dementia Resource Center, 1506 Lake Highland Dr., Orlando, FL 32803
