James was a really great guy - I got to know him well when I worked at the King Charles Inn - we had many fun times together - especially when we went fishing and crabing - Pat- he was very special and will be missed. I wish I had stayed in touch after I left Charleston.

Our families go way back through good and bad times. I like to remember Mr. Poulos as I knew him to be. He was always joking and picking on us kids. We sometimes a children did not understand his humor, because he would like to give ya a little scare to keep you straight. So half the time we didn't know wheither to laugh or say "yes sir!" LOL Now that I am older I realize he just liked to have fun and give us a hard time but in a small way let us know he was watching us and we better stay out of trouble. I have had alot of very good memories from my childhood with his children and love each of them to this day. I know life has a way of drifting all of us in different directions but I still care very deeply about each and every member of this family. Cheri and Dennis thanks for all those times you let us do what we were not suppose to do. You were my freedom to grow and learn. David you are still a cutie even though I have not seen you in years. Jimmy I knew you least but I know you have had your hardships and have overcome. Mrs. Pat I love you dearly. I remember passing out your Avon books for you and being able to come over and just relax and vent. I love you all.
When I reflect upon Mr. Poulos, I smile. He always kept me on my toes, and laughing. I will always remember him this way.
My deepest sympathy to you all. I am sure he will be missed by many.

How saddened I was to learn of Jimmy's passing. He was a kind & caring person, & a great friend to have. He was already with the Chas. Police Dept when I started, & we had many years there together before he retired, & thus I retired several years later. I saw Jimmy not long ago at the Dr's office, where we both went, & we had a nice, long conversation reminiscing about our years of working together. He will truly be missed.
