To the Pipkin Family, I met your mother and father several years ago when we (Gen. Ellison Capers Camp #1212, SCV) conducted a memorial service at the family cemetery for two confederate soldiers (Pipkin and Shaw). Both Mr. and Mrs. Pipkin were so nice each and everytime we talked or met them. Both of them went out of our way to make us seem like part of the family during those days of planning and conducting the memorial service. To the Family: May God send the Holy Spirit to comfort you and give you peace during this time of grief.

Jimmie Kaye,
I am so sorry to hear about your father. I have never forgotten how kind and wonderful both your mom and dad were to me years ago whenever Bill was out to sea. They always included me and Scott to share with them in their family gatherings. I know how difficult this time can be, it is never easy loosing a parent. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.
