Jim was predeceased by his parents and brothers, Robert and John, as well as his son, David. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Linda; daughter Jennifer Moore (Geoffrey); son Darrin Moore (Troy); son Brett Henry (Wendy); daughter Joelle Patterson (Ken); grandchildren Maria, Martin, Kelsey, Shelby, Ashlyn and Trace; brother William (Jane) and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Jim's life will be held at 2 pm on Saturday June 29, 2013 at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 1314 Foulk Road, Wilmington, DE with visitation at 1 pm in the church lounge. Interment will be private.
