James McFarland MONCKS CORNER - Entered into eternal rest on Tuesday May 25, 2010, James McFarland, 63, of Moncks Corner, a Navy veteran of WW II, and Past-Master of Ancient Square Lodge 174 of Goose Creek, SC Arrangements will be announced by THE MINISTRY OF RIVERS FUNERAL HOME of Goose Creek 824-9990. He will be sadly missed by his beloved wife, Mrs. Catherine McFarland; his devoted son, Dr. Allen R. McFarland (Doris) Senior Pastor, Calvary Evangelical Baptist Church Portsmith,VA; brothers, Jerome (Laura), Tommy (Helen) and Baron (Linda); one adopted sister, Elizabeth Edna Glover Salley; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Mrs. Catherine and Pastor McFarland, you are in our prayers. Thank you both for allowing me to meet and briefly know such a man as Mr. McFarland. I will hold on to the memory of him teaching me how not to approach a bull. May God bless and comfort you as go through this sorrowful time.
