James McCloud Obituary

James Nathaniel McCloud "Rogers" WADMALAW ISLAND - James Nathaniel "Rogers" McCloud, 66, passed away at his residence. Mr. McCloud was the son of the late Jessie Bell McCloud and the late Isaiah Linen. Survivors are: wife, Margie; six children, Marsha Lynn, Leonard, Lenora and Michael McCloud, all of Jackson, Mississippi, Ronald Rogers McCloud and Gerald McCloud, both of Rome, New York, twenty-one grandchildren; his surviving siblings: Florence (the late Joseph) Holmes of Yonges Island, SC, Frank (Barbara) McCloud of Marina Valley, California, Octavia McCloud of Johns Island, SC, the late Wade (Mary Lee) McCloud, the late Isaac McCloud and the late Richard (Annabell) McCloud, Ruthie (William) Mitchell, all of Wadmalaw Island, SC; special nephew, Don (Almeta) Rivers of Wadmalaw Island, SC; special niece, Yvonne McCloud of Johns Island, SC; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral Services will be at New Jerusalem A.M.E. Church, 6179 Bears Bluff Road, Wadmalaw Island, SC on Saturday, December 26, 2009 at 12:00 Noon. The Rev. Lawrence E. Gordon will officiate. Interment: New Jerusalem A.M.E. Church Cemetery, Wadmalaw Island, SC. The family will receive friends at the home of sister, Octavia McCloud, 3628 Maybank Highway, Apt. D9, Johns Island, SC.
