Friends,
Your dad and I had a great visit a few weeks ago. We shared many memories of how things were when we were young. We spoke of flowers, foods and a dozen other things that people our ages like to talk about. I am so thankful I had a chance to talk with him before he became so very ill. He was a nice person. I have thought well of him, since I met him and his wife so long ago. They were very good people. We all met when their son Paul and my daughter Mary were married many years ago.
May God grant him peace.
