Jim was a client of mine but more importantly he turned into a good friend. He was indeed a good story teller and I'll not forget the laughs we had together. He was living proof that the best things in life aren't things but relationships ! Love you Jim.

My deepest sympathy to Kathleen, Bridget, Jimmy, and all Jim´s family on their sad loss.
Jim was gentle, a great chef, and a superb host. As a guest in their home, he and his beloved wife Pat welcomed you and made you feel special.
I miss Pat´s energy and sense of fun since her passing. Now I will miss Jim´s good-natured happy presence.
I take comfort from knowing that they are together again.
