To everyone who knew and loved Jeff, know that he is in a better place. I will miss his smile and his jokes. I will miss watching him run the bases at the Miracle League. Visits to his apartment complex will be sad without him being there. I take joy in knowing that he is now an angel in heaven. I am honored to have known Jeff. Rest easy dear friend.
