In memory of my father James B Green born January 17th 1917.
Remembering all the good times we shared and all the chastiment I have received from you. You were by far the world's greatest father to me. We love you and you are truly missed by all your children

Dear Family we are so sorry for your lost,uncle James was a wonderful person and well be missed, we love you and pray for our family.

FIRST I WANT TO SEND MY DEEPEST SORROW TO UNCLE JAMES CHILDREN, GRAND CHILDREN, AND GREAT GRANDCHILDREN. ALTHOUGH THE LAST TIME I SAW MY GREAT UNCLE I WAS REALLY YOUNG I WILL NEVER FORGET HIM. EVERY FAMILY REUNION HE REMINDS THE FAMILY HOW HE NEVER EVEN GOT A PARKING TICKET. I PRAY I LIVE HALF THE LIFE YOU LIVED... LESHAWN GREEN...

Life is but a vapor that appeareth for a little time and then vanisheth away...
But each life is under Divine direction and human will should be subjected to the Divine will at all times.
Truly it can be said that in the death of Deacon James Greene a great life has vanished. Deacon James Greene gave to the Master at an early age and labored for Him untiringly unto the end.
Whereas, God has seen fit to take Deacon James Greene from us, we can truthfully say, a great leader has fallen, a soldier of the cross, who gave time and money unstintingly to foster any worthy cause;
Whereas, we shall ever cherish the memory of so noble a life and try to emulate the example set, be it

To Deacon & Mother Scott and The Green Family. I Thess 4:17-18 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. He can't crown him until we get there.

To Our Extended Family:
In this time of loss, please know that our prayers are with your family. Hearing about Pop Green's departure, brought much sadness to our hearts. We are so grateful for the opportunity to have known him, not just as a person, but as a family member. One thing that we can truly say about him is that he loved the Lord, Jesus. Please hold on to the wonderful times that all of you have shared with him, and let your memories of him live forever. January 2007 birthday celebration is just one of the many special moments and warmth where all of you expressed such love for him; and that is worth holding on to. We love all of you very much! May God continue to keep your entire family.

We were saddened to hear the news about the passing of your father and know that you will miss him dearly. During this challenging time, continue to draw upon the strength from God and from the strength of your loved ones. Our prayers and thoughts are with you and your family.

Pappa Green, You will always be in our thoughts. We would never ever forget you. I remember our conversation about three weeks ago....you will always be "Pappa Green" to us. As Granny, Mrs. Corrine McSwaine Green, your beloved wife would say, Free at Last! Thank God Almighty You are Free At Last!
