James Connelly Obituary

Taunya and family, our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. I know it's been a while since we were neighbors and a little longer since you and Chris were in school together, but we wanted to make sure you knew how much we enjoyed the time we spent with you and Jimmy. Prayers and love to you and your family.

I will always remember Jimmy for the support he provided when I began bowling. His support allowed me to embrace a great hobby I still enjoy today. My condolences Taunya.

I am so sorry to hear of Jimmy's passing. I still remember the days when Jimmy and I both drove Volkswagon Bugs to Hanahan High School and Jimmy would tell me about something new he was doing to his car to "make his look better." He was a great person and from what I have heard an excellent husband and father. I know that he fought a tough fight. I hope that your memories of him will bring you comfort during this time of loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you, your children and your parents.

I see his sweet face in my mind everytime I go to the field. He will never be forgotten! Jimmy was an awesome coach, and those boys were mighty lucky to have him. Zacary thought highly of Jimmy and he will cherish all of his memories with him. Nic loved him like a brother. I know we have told you many times, but..if you need any help at all, let us know. Heaven certainly got another Angel today. Jimmy was a terrific guy and we shared in some great childhood memories growing up in Hanahan. Him talking his mom into giving us a ride in his uncle's classic Corvette was one of many. Taunya, I'm glad Jim and I ran into each other at Felkel Field a couple of years ago where he introduced me to you and your great family that he was so very proud of. He will certainly be missed.
