I considered Jim a very good friend through High School. I traveled to South Carolina to attend his and Sue's wedding. I have only now been made aware and am sad of his passing.

Keith, Cullen, and Chris, Mr. Davis and I were so sorry to hear about the passing of your father. Townson told us the day he found out--the day of the funeral. Jim was a good man and a great boss.I worked for him at AGFA.We had many good times together.He will be missed.

My condolences to all the relatives of Jim and especially to his children. I hired Jim as my successor at Agfa Inc. I really enjoyed working with him and I have good memories of that time. His passing away really saddens me but he will stay in my thoughts
