Dear Sadie Mae and John David,
What wonderful memories I have of your Mom and Dad at RABC and the time we all spent together at Rutledge Memorial. They were dedicated workers in the church and loved The Lord! Memories are very special to me, and I hold them close to my heart, after loosing Mom in January and Daddy 5 years ago. May your memories bring you comfort during this time. Your families are in my thoughts and prayers.

I just can't imagine life without him and Sista!!! All the memories and fun times that we all shared together, they were like grandparents to me as I was growing up and visiting them, when my family came to visit Charleston. I will never forget the "Japanese War Man," (of "Uncle Jack) in the kitchen, holding an electric frying pan lid, while frying up some fish, with his teeth pushed out!! He always us made me laugh. Except for the one time, when we were all riding around downtown and I experienced my "first" downtown flooding, and he told me to hold me feet up that it was coming in the car! It scared me so bad that I started crying and "Aunt Sista, promptly scolded him about it then laughed and said her way, "JACK!" I miss her little laughs and his too! He will have a bunch of peanut butter and cookies, cakes, and pies up in Heaven! I Love You Two!!!! Sorry I couldn't make it this time. I'll see ya again, someday!! Prayers, comfort, & peace for the Entire Family!!!! April Tedder Johnson, (Winston-Salem, NC)
