Jay was a sweet and caring ex-brother-in law. He loved his children and Norma Jean. I know he is still caring for those who are with him and overlooking all who are still on earth.

Sweet long ago memories of a loving, devoted husband to Norma Jean and father to his boys. I'll always cherish the talks we had and his friendship.
I know he will be missed by all near to him, but your good memories will ease the pain
