J. Cameron Carver RUFFIN, SC - Mr. J. Cameron Carver, 86, of Ruffin, died Friday, April 30, 2021. Born September 17, 1934, in Ruffin, he was a son of the late Clyde Cameron Carver and Mamie Lou Crosby Carver. Surviving are: his wife, Jenny Hughes Carver of Ruffin; children, Eric (Julia) Carver, Amanda (Mark) Ryder and Lisa Carver; 6 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 2 children, David Carver and Veronica Hackworth. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Ruffin Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held 2 o'clock, Tuesday afternoon, May 4, 2021, at The Brice Herndon Funeral Chapel, Walterboro. Interment will follow in Smyly Cemetery in Ruffin.
