Ivan Livingston Obituary
Survivors include his wife, Becky Dasher Livingston; one daughter, Sarah Dasher Livingston, both of Statesboro; his mother, Evelene Livingston of Charleston, S.C.; his sister, Sonya Livingston of Charleston, S.C.; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Deryle and Emma Jean Dasher of Glennville; his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Dr. Byron Dasher and his wife, Beverly, of Augusta; one nephew, Ron Dasher; and one niece, Lindsay Dasher Holley, and her husband, Lee Holley.
Visitation will be held Friday from 5-7 p.m. at Hodges-Moore Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Emit Grove Baptist Church, 1567 Emit Grove Road, Statesboro, Ga., with the Rev. Dann Patrick, the Rev. Tim Huffingham and Elder Michael DeVane officiating.
Active pallbearers will be Werner Burky, Joey Cowart, Ron Dasher, Darryl Floars, F. Gates Peed, Mike Pendergraft, Jason Thomas and Floyd Waters.
Burial will be in Eastside Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Emit Grove Baptist Church, 1567 Emit Grove Rd., Statesboro, Ga. 30458.
Hodges-Moore Funeral Home of Statesboro is in charge of the arrangements.

I am so sorry to hear of Ivan's untimely death. I met Ivan many years ago;-he was so good to and for Jason. When I spoke to Jason on Thursday evening he told me that he has never wanted any "boring" friends and that Ivan was never that!
