Vern, Harold & Crystal,
Words cannot explain how so sorry I am to hear about the passing of Inez. Today is Jan 30 and I am just now hearing about your loss. Not only am I stunned that I didn't know about her death, but I know that the void all of you are experiencing for now seems irrepairable. For time will ease the pain, and happy memories will fill all of your voids. Great happiness and contentment can be found that she is back with her Chuckie boy again! In time, the family ring of fire will be whole again and you will be together again! She would want you to continue on and be happy until you are all back together! God's Peace to all of you!
Vern, I'll always remember our "girl's night out" at the Crab House!!!!! She wants you to push on, Vern (remember that!) :)
Love, Debbie, David and Adam Collins

I am by far not a guest of Inez, because I am her daughter. I am not sure how long people will continue to review the guest list, but many of you have already taken the time out, & I may not get to see or speak with you. So I felt this was the best way to say THANK YOU to each and everyone of you from the bottom of my heart. Thanks for the cards, calls, visits, flowers, words of comfort, attending the services if you could, monetary gifts and most importantly your prayers. It is been a little over 2wks and I have my good days and my bad days. Today 1/19/06 was the first I actually took the time out to read all of your responses to the guest book. My heart is so full to know that so many people Loved my mom and are praying for my family. I have been told that time heals pain so I continue to take one day at time. The loss of my mother was enormous and my heart is so empty. There is a big void in my heart that no one can fill but I know my many good memories of my mom will forever be in my heart. Please continue to pray for my dad, daughter, & I as we continue what appears to be a long journey. God Bless and keep each and everyone of you.

To the Myers's family, please know that my prayers and thoughts are with you. Isaiah 53:4-5: "Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed."

It saddened me to know and see a woman of such strength and power during her time of sickness. However, after talking with her, it made my heart glad to know that there was still true joy within in her soul. Sadly missed but always rememered.

I'm very sadden of the lost of our dear "Nez". The angles in heaven are rejoicing of the gain of another song bird as she has touched the hearts of many singing the sweet songs of zion at St. Luke AME and other chuches. Truly, one of the churches favorite songs "Somehow I Made It" and "Precious Lord Take My Hand" will always gives fond memories of our beloved sister. Be encourage today knowing that "Absent from body, but Present with the Lord". God bless you.
