Ina Mae was my cousin and she was the niece of my Mom, Yonah Ulmer (Addicus) Hudson. I had such fond memories going over to Aunt Lizza's and Uncle John's and seeing all cousins, aunts and uncles. We even had Daddy (Atticue) to cut a road thru our back woods to make a short cut to walk to Aunt Lizza's and some of that road is still there on my property at Hudson Mill. Aunt Lizza loved us and I remember the old pipe organ in the front parlor. "No" one was to play it because it was old and I was just a little child then......but time went on, and when Aunt Lizza was very sick and I was older, she let me play. Ina Mae was there and some of the others. But Ina Mae encouraged me to play and now since I am grown (70) I play still and even the grand pipe organs. What a blessing for me to be with these ladies to encourage me thru the years. I will never forget Ina Mae's smile. It was always there and she always just beamed with love. I didn't get to visit her as much as I'd like
(I have Crohns disease and have been hospitalized twice since I last saw her and John, and also inherited her glucoma, but we both knew how much we loved each other......that's the thing about the Ulmer family....they know how to "love one another". May angels watch over all of you at this sad time and touch your spirit with gentle love and may each day bring peace and rest and lady in your life. I love her and know she is looking down at us with that smile. I'm coming to church for visitation, but won't be able to stay for service because y grandson, Hudson, is having a birthday party here today...He just lost his grand dad and I have to also be with him. Love all of you and want you to come see me and Ben when you are this way and even stay with us if you can With love and deep sympathy.
