Hugh Wilson Obituary

Hugh Franklin Wilson Adams Run, SC - Hugh Franklin Wilson, 83, of Adams run, husband of the late Inez Bowers Wilson, passed away on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at his residence. Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Sunday, January 28, 2018 from 5 o'clock until 8 o'clock PM at Hopewell Baptist Church, 6869 Parkers Ferry Rd., Adams Run, SC 29426. Funeral service will be Monday, January 29, 2018 at 11 o'clock AM at Hopewell Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Hopewell Baptist Church Cemetery. Hugh was born on February 25, 1934 in Sycamore, SC, son of the late Walker Reid Wilson and Zelma Lyons Wilson. He was an avid member of the Charleston County REACT team and was a noted carpenter for Charleston Preservation Homes. Survivors include: two brothers: William C. Clark of Adams Run and Carroll Steven Clark of Reevesville. He was predeceased by one son: Clifton Wilson; three brothers: Olar E. Wilson, John B. Wilson, and Clifton W.
