Horace Hills Obituary

Horace Hill is still missed by the many employees of the City of Portsmouth Virginia. I am praying that the Hill Family is still being comforted by God's love and grace as you remember your love one.

THE HILLS FAMILY , THANK ALL EXPRESSIONS THAT WERE SHARED DURING THIS VERY DIFFICULT TIME!!

OUR HEARTS WILL FOREVER BE BROKEN , WE KNOW THAT GOD WILL COMFORT US AND HORACE WILL FOREVER LIVE IN OUR HEARTS, MIND AND SOULS !! WORDS CAN'T EXPRESS THE LOST HE WILL ALWAYS BE CHERISHED THKS!! HILLS FAMILY!!!

To the Hills's family; Horace was given to us to protect our country, to bring unlimited smiles, to hold the banner of respect for one another, and to bring unspeakable joy to his family. He was able to carry out his job discription from the Lord with dignity and respect. Horace perform his duties of his job he was sent to do and he did them well. I am blessed the more to have been part of his assignments. When Horce would whisper in my ear it's going to get better, not knowing that I was going through some issues but Horace being on his job carrying out his duties from the Lord allowed him to know to give that little encouragement that went a long way. Thank you Lord for sharing him with us.

So many friends and coworkers at the City of Portsmouth are sending peaceful thoughts thru all our prayers to Horace and his family. May you be forever in peace in the arms of Our Heavenly Father.

He was such a gentleman and a delight to work with and he is and will be missed.
We are so sorry for your loss.

To the Hills Family, thank you for sharing Horace with the City of Portsmouth Family. He will be sorely missed by all, and our prayers will be with you during your moments of sorrow.

You have been such a great pleasure to work with you taught me so much it has been an honor knowing you and working with you You will be greatly missed and I am know you are in a better place
