Holly Lomazzo Obituary

Holly Marie Snyder Lomazzo, age 48, of Pineville, SC, passed away peacefully on Wednesday afternoon at a North Charleston hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Born on June 6, 1977, Holly was the daughter of Kim Alford Snyder and Rita Irene Grant. Holly was a creative soul, gifted in everything she pursued. She found joy in DIY crafts, whether designing clothes, decorating her garden and home, or baking delicious treats in her kitchen. Music was always present in her life, especially hip hop, country, and the rock classics of the 1980s and 1990s. Above all, Holly cherished her family. She adored spending time with her three sons and took special delight in spoiling her only grandchild, Ryan Snyder, who lovingly called her "Non." She is survived by her children: Landen Lomazzo of Pineville, Dakota Paul Snyder and his wife Sarah of St. Stephen, and Duston James Alan Hammon of Cross; two sisters, Amy Teeter and her husband Matt of Moncks Corner, and Marcy Oliver and her husband Frankie of New York; a niece, Desiree Crance, who was like a daughter to her; a nephew, Jordan Harden; and her grandson, Ryan Snyder. Holly was preceded in death by her husband, Alexander Theodore "Alex" Lomazzo. A celebration of Holly's life will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, in the Chapel of Dial-Murray Funeral Home.
