Hershel Oberman Obituary

Hershel H. Oberman CHARLESTON - Entered into eternal rest on the morning of December 21, 2009, Hershel H. Oberman. Residence, Charleston, SC. The relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral services Tuesday at eleven-thirty o'clock at the graveside in Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens. Mr. Oberman was born October 15, 1941 in Charleston, SC, the son of Paul Oberman and Gladys Schlussel Oberman. He was a graduate of The College of Charleston and served with The United States Coast Guard. He was a retired retail salesperson. He is survived by one brother: Marvin I. Oberman of Charleston, SC. Memorials may be made to M.U.S.C., Childrens Hospital, Child Life Division, 171 Ashley Avenue, Charleston, SC 29425. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL.
