Adrienne, I am so sorry to hear of Hank's passing. Please know you and the family are in my thoughts and prayers.

I am sorry to hear about the passing of Hank. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. Hank was a patient teacher and an endless source of humor during the time I worked with him. He will be missed.

So saddened to hear of Hank's passing. He was such a lovely person to work with over the years at MUSC. Always approachable and kind. Fond memories.

Adrienne, I was so sorry to read about Hank's passing. I remember all those years we worked together at MUSC and he was always fun and easy to be around. And don't forget we were also neighbors downtown at Rutledge Ave and Radcliffe St.

So sorry. Hank was a classmate at The High School of Charleston.

I worked at MUSC with Hank at the beginning of my career. He was always very meticulous and careful with the drugs he was being asked to prepare and consistently asked us/me for information to help support those recipes/formulations he had to make. We had several in-depth conversations over the years about medication safety for patients, and it showed me that he always had the patient in mind first. Years later, I still remember his valuable approach to patient care. My sincere condolances to the Tuchman family, as well as to his former MUSC family.
