STEPNEY, Herbert The relatives and friends of Mr. Herbert Stepney; those of his children, Mr. Mervin Stepney, Ms. Joquetta Wynn, Mr. John Wynn, and Mr. Ted Givens; his brothers, Mr. Oscar Leach, Jr., Mr. Clarence Leach, and Mr. Anthony Grant; his sisters, Mrs. Daisy Leach, Mrs. Blondell Dunaway, and Mrs. Barbara Ann Johnson are invited to attend his funeral service on Thursday, November 9, 2006 at 9:30 a.m. in New Francis Brown United Methodist Church, 2517 Corona Street, North Charleston, SC. Interment will be at Beaufort National Cemetery, Beaufort, SC. Visitation with the family will be this evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
