Herbert Leroy Jones, Sr. CHARLESTON - Mr. Herbert Leroy Jones, Sr., 75, of Charleston, SC, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, March 15, 2022, in Birmingham AL. Funeral services celebrating his life will be held Thursday, March 24, 2022, at 11:00 am in The Palmetto Memorial Chapel, 1122 Morrison Drive, Charleston, SC 29403. He will be laid to rest in Riverview Memorial Park, 3715 Azalea Drive, North Charleston, SC 29405. A public viewing will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the mortuary. He is survived by his wife, Teofista Jones; children: Terry Jones Davenport (Lamar), Herbert L. Jones, Jr., (Danielle), Tia Randall Jones, and Caleb Jones. In addition, he leaves to honor his memory his siblings: Emily Aiken, James Jones (Vilma), Benjamin Jones (Lylah), and Janice Holman.
