Herbert was one of my really quiet nephews. As a pre-teen growing up in the Rosemont community of Charleston, Herb had a quiet demeanor about him, much like myself. He always demonstrated a attitude of kindness, caring, thoughtfulness and respect for others. He really loved his family.
