Henry Nelson SUMMERVILLE - Henry Cobert Nelson, age 66, of Summerville, passed away on October 13, 2025. Henry was born on December 27, 1958 in Charleston, SC. He is survived by his siblings, Andrew Nelson (Diane), Jo Nelson Mosser (Robert), & Robert Nelson, nieces, Kelly Zimmerman, Heather Long (Charles), nephew, Jimmy Simmons (Jenna), aunts, Betty Ray & Mildred Seabrook, and his cousin, Susan Ray, who cared for Henry in the final years of his life. He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Erna Nelson. Henry will be remembered for his kindness and generosity as well as his love of Minnesota Vikings football. A graveside service will be held at Mt. Pleasant Memorial Gardens on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 11 am, followed by a celebration of life at the home of Henry's brother, Andrew Nelson. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
