Henry Mizell Obituary

MIZELL, Henry Henry Mizell, 79, of Moncks Corner, husband of Margie Mizell, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, February 21, 2006, at a local hospital. Mr. Mizell was retired from Westvaco and a veteran of the US Navy. He was a member of Wassamasaw Hunting Club and the First Pentecostal Holiness Church of Goose Creek. Mr. Mizell loved gardening, hunting, fishing and camping. He had an avid love for nature. He was born September 3, 1926. Survivors include his wife, Margie Mizell of Moncks Corner, three daughters, Gail Hagen and husband Harald of Atlanta, Ga., Henretta Tumbleston and husband Marion of Knightsville, SC, Alice Phillips of Ladson, SC, two sons, Michael Mizell and wife Ellen of Jedburg, SC, John Russell Mizell of Summerville, ten grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren. Mr. Mizell was predeceased by three children, Billy Judy, W.M. Judy and Barbara Wilson. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2006, 12 noon, at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home, 7113 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC. Burial to follow in Carolina Memorial Park. A visitation will be held from 10 to 12 prior to the service at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home.
