Helen was a very dear friend and an important person in our lives. We think of Helen and Whit and the grand times we enjoyed with them when we all lived in the Low Country.
Our sympathy to everyone in the Whitlock family.

I am so sorry to learn of Helen's passing. She was an absolute joy to know and had amazing talent when it came to entertaining and decorating. I enjoyed being a neighbor for many years when she and Norris lived in Cooper Estates. She will be missed by all who knew her. Deepest sympathy to your families.

I learned of Helen's passing yesterday. My Mother is a resident in PB. A recent visit included a back rub to Helen, and in return a smile and twinkle of the eyes from Helen. My fondest memory was when I brought in a tote filled with silk flowers, etc. and Helen made some wonderful arrangements. She had a great time and inspired others to join in. In fact a couple of the arrangements are still being used. I have a few online (Shutterfly) photos of Helen, Mom (Maxine) and granddaughter (Abigail) walking the halls of PB. I will be glad to email them to you. My prayers to you. Lynda Hamm

Dear Gary, Sue, Chip & families, I was sorry to hear about your Mom, she was a wonderful lady and such a good friend to my parents. Though it has been a very long time I still remember all that she did for me and many many others. She will always have a special place in my heart. My thoughts, prayers & love go to you all.
