Mrs. White is the companion of Mr. Eddie Cooper; the daughter of Mrs. Mary McNeil and the late Mr. Benjamin McNeil, Sr.; the mother of Mrs. Dorothy Simmons (Rev. David), Mr. Robert McNeil (Monique), Mr. Henry McNeil (Charlene), Ms. Wanda Bullard, Ms. Winifred Parker, Ms. Sharon Cooper, Ms. Stephanie Mohedano and Ms. Regina Mitchell; the sister of the late Mr. Benjamin McNeil, Jr. Mrs. White was 72 years old and a retiree.
