Dear Kylie, Lisa, and Chip...
My heart aches for each of you at this time. I loved Heather and will carry in my heart fond memories of Stallsville Weekday School, rides on the bus/van to Summerville Elementary School. What about the numerous field trips during those summer months?? So much fun! Girl Scout cookies, Chuck E. Cheese (Heather didn't like him and chose to eat her pizza UNDER the table). Santa Claus and Heather at age 3: "I don't want him to come to my house because I am NOT gonna sit on his lap!" :) I could go on and on, as these memories have been flooding back to my mind. I will always remember Heather and continue to think of her as one of "my girls" God so richly blessed me with.
May the love of God comfort you at this time. Love you all.

I didn't know Heather very well but what I did know of her is that she was a wonderful and caring girl. Her and I were lab partners in Biology last year and when I heard the news I was so shocked. I'll always remember the conversations and laughs we shared last year. Your family are in my prayers.

Our heartfelt sympathies are extended to your family, although we have never met. We attend St. Paul's Episcopal Church just having moved here from Williamsburg, VA. Our daughter, also 17, passed away 6 months ago, Nov. 17th, and her charity was the local Humane Society. Perhaps we will speak later at St. Paul's. May God bless you and give you peace.

My daughter sat next to Heather in her history class this year. She spoke well of her and remarked how she shared candy canes with the class . She sounded like a sweet girl. We are all saddened by your loss. You have our deepest sympathies.
