I was shocked to see that Dr. Nicolette had passed away!
I'd been to see him on a couple of occasions and he truly embodied what a doctor could be.
He was amazing and my family and I held him in the highest regard.
Godspeed Doc and all the best to your family.

I have just been advised of Dr. Nicolette´s death, a true shocking news. I have moved to Italy ten years ago, I have spoken with him on several occasions because he asked me if I could try to find relative of his here in Italy, which I did fail to find.
He was the physician fo me and my now deceased wife Daria Biondi for many decades.
I now extend my deepest feelings for the family.

I loved your grandparents. I really got to know them when they moved to Portland, TX from Michigan. Uncle Van was always taking pictures and I loved his slideshows of their travels. Your grandmother sold 2 houses for me when she was doing real estate in Corpus Christi. We always teased her because she was out of town both times. She was in Weatherford with her sisters. Uncle Van got me my first job teaching in Corpus. He and a principal rode to work together every morning. He told the principal to hire me, so he did. I could go on and on. We really got to know your mom and dad after we were grown and older. They were both going to school in Texas. I loved hanging out with them at family reunions and swimming with you guys in the pool at the hotel. I loved your parents. They were amazing cousins. All the memories are very good. Amazing lives that have given amazing contributions.

It's coming up on a year and I can't believe it still feels like yesterday. I have such great memories of him and your family! I was blessed to work with him and to have him as a friend and a physician. He was so kind I remember so many things he did for people one was a pair of diabetic shoes for a pt who couldn't afford them. I could write a book about how funny... caring and just a good person he was.He meant the world to me and my family.you are missed and I think of you kids often. Prayers are with y'all.

Harold and I played lots of tennis together in the 80´s before we moved. He was my double´s partner, also, and I think we won more matches than we lost because no matter how many dumb shots I played, Harold always had my back. After we moved, Harold and I stayed in touch for many years. I have always valued his friendship and always will. Condolences to his family.

I went to Dr. Nicolette for 29 years....as far as I´m concerned he´s irreplaceable. He was like an old school doctor, he always listened carefully and was so caring, it was always about his patients. There were many years I didn´t have insurance and had to pay out of pocket and he was so kind that he would reduce rate to a nominal fee and tell me to come back in a month for my next appointment. When my current insurance switched to "in network" and he wasn´t that network it didn´t matter to me, I kept on going to him and just paid myself out of pocket, that´s how good he was. I Recently got the letter stating his office will permanently close and it made me think of him again, his death is the end of an era and he is sorely missed. Blessings and comfort to his family.

Dear Taylor and family,
Alex and I are so very sorry for your loss.
Dr. Nicolette made a significant difference in my health. A brilliant diagnostician, he took the time to see where a small adjustment would benefit me greatly.
He will be missed by everyone who were fortunate enough to have him in their lives.
Being that I also had the privilege of working with Myrna at the Seacoast bookstore, I envision them together now. Smiling and laughing as they remember all the joyous times you all had together as well as making plans for more when your all together again in our eternal Home of Heaven.
Love, Renée

Dr. Nicolette was the best doctor that showed so much kindness and compassion, and talked about how much he loved his family on numerous occasions with me. He shared my terrible diagnosis with me and was very supportive of me in every decision that I made while he was going through his illness as well. I will truly miss his medical advice and his friendship, and feel confident that God truly blessed me by having him as my doctor during this life journey. Hope that he is having a beer with his wife in Heaven! Thank you God for blessing this world with Dr. Harold Nicolette!
Harold (Hal) Molhoek Jr.
June 20, 2021
Harold and I shared something special. We were both name after my father, Harold (Hal) Molhoek Sr. His mom and dad were always Uncle Dave and Aunt Mac and I would love to hear our fathers rib each other in a friendship that lasted a lifetime. Hal, being older than me by a few years, was always someone I looked up to and was a role model for me...I'm not sure if he knew that. To me he was a football star, a fierce wrestler and of course I thought the student body made a great choice when they elected him homecoming king. So many of my memories were from early years and in the halls of EGR high school. After attending his wedding, we lost touch but he achieved so much in his lifetime. My dad would have been very proud of his namesake and I am as well. Rest in peace Hal.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I Knew Harold from Doctors Care and I was his courier. Harold and I had great talks. I remember telling him Harold was my grandfathers name. We used to laugh at that. I would call him Hank, Henry,, and everything but his real name. He would do the same with me. Often times We would think we would forget each others name, but we didn't. I will miss him greatly, again, my deepest condolences

Harold Nicolette
I was shocked and saddened to learn of Harold Nicolette's passing. My heartfelt condolences go out to his immediate and entire extended family.
I first met Howard, professionally, as one of the physicians I visited in my role as a pharmaceutical representative. Later, he meant much more to me as my personal physician, my mentor, and my friend.
During the many years I knew Harold there was always a sense of joy expressed in the way he lived his life. He was a devoted husband and father, a caring physician who took time to listen to his many patients, a man of principles, integrity, generosity, and spirituality, and a pleasure to be around.
Harold was a very private man who reserved the importance of intimacy for his family. I regret not knowing he was ill; I would have liked to have told him how much he meant to me, how much I valued our friendship.
Rest in peace now Harold, with your beloved Myrna, once again.

To The Nicolette Family:
I was so shocked to see the obituary in the paper. I was a patient in the 80's and was so impressed with how detailed Dr.Nicolette was with me,a patient, on my many times visiting his office. He listened, then he prescribed what was needed for the condition you were having. He was very young then and believe just starting our in his practice but he had bed side manner and that was a wonderful trait which is so missed in todays visits to our doctors office. Take pride in your fathers place in the world of medicine and the world of people and especially humanity which was a characteristic he possessed in spades. Keep his family legacy alive and may you find peace and comfort in the days ahead as God will see you through this great loss.

One of the finest and sweetest Doctors you could ever ask for! Loved his integrity, honesty and humor, but most of all, he listened, to you, so the right decisions could be made, which is rare to find in a physician. We are shocked and so very sorry about Harold´s death. We have many special memories of Harold and Myrna. We greatly enjoyed many Thanksgiving meals with the Nicolette family. Harold was a very special, kind, and thoughtful man. We will miss him and send our love to the family.
