Harold "Harry" Lee Huffman, Jr. GREENVILLE, SC - Harold "Harry" Lee Huffman, Jr., 62, of 331 Pine Forest Drive Extension, husband of Cynthia Ducker Huffman, died Thursday, February 16, 2012 at his residence. Born in Sumter, he was the son of Ann Leonhirth Huffman and the late Harold Lee Huffman, Sr. A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Mr. Huffman was self-employed as a Real Estate Developer. He had been a member of St. Michael Lutheran Church since childhood and served on the Church Council and was formerly involved in Youth Ministry. He served as President of the Board of Directors for United Ministries, Gateway House, and was instrumental in starting St. Joseph Catholic School. He was a veteran of the United States National Guard. Surviving, in addition to his wife and mother, are a sister, Rebecca Huffman Wylie and husband, Pat, of Summerville; a brother, Charles Beam Huffman and wife, Donna, of Greenville; two nieces, Caroline Jennings Wylie of Summerville and Emma Raines Ducker of Greenville; three nephews, Patrick Wilson Wylie, Jr., and wife, Cay, of Charlotte, NC, James Bradley Ducker of Charleston and Carson Dale Ducker of Augusta, GA; and a great nephew, Patrick Wilson Wylie, III. Visitation will be held Monday, February 20, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. at St. Michael Lutheran Church with a memorial service following at 3:00 p.m. in the church. Memorials may be made to St. Michael Lutheran Church, 2619 Augusta Street, Greenville, SC 29605; Interim Hospice, 155 Deacon Tiller Court, Duncan, SC 29334; or United Ministries, 606 Pendleton Street, Greenville, SC 29601. Our dearest condolences to Cindy and family. We appreciated Harry's charm and friendship over the years, especially his boat tours of the coastal inlets. He said he's been to the edge of the world (Folly Beach), so now he has completed his final tour! God Bless!
