Harold Elrod Goose Creek - Harold L Elrod, 85, of Goose Creek, SC, passed away peacefully at home on December 17, 2022, surrounded by his family. Harold was born on January 1, 1937, to the late parents of Henry Dewitt Elrod and Grace Cartee Elrod, in Anderson South Carolina. He is loved and survived by his wife, Emmeline F. Elrod of Goose Creek, SC; his daughter, Sharon E Thompson (Chris) of Goose Creek, SC.; grandaughters, Jennifer Bradrick (Kevin) of Goose Creek, SC, Brandy Tyson of Myrtle Beach, SC, Teylor Norris of James Island, SC; and great-grandchildren, Makayla Bishop, Michael Bradrick, Jaelynn Norris and Jentry Norris. He is also survived and fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents: Henry D. and Grace C Elrod; brothers: Henry D Elrod, James W. Elrod; sisters, Lois Livingston, Linda Margrave; and his oldest daughter, Teresa Lynn Travis. A visitation will be held on December, 21, 2022, at 10:30 am at Carolina Memorial located at 7113 Rivers Ave., North Charleston, SC 29406, 843-797-2222.
