Guy Lehman Obituary

I was an undergraduate student of Guy's in 1988-89 at UK. His classes were my favorites (and most useful in my subsequent career - I still have my notes) at UK. I'll never forget him telling me that he carried a differential equations textbook with him during World War II. I knew Kim back at UK through a mutual friend, Jim Howard. My best to the family.

Dear Gloria,
I was so sorry to learn of Guy's passing away. I remember him as a fine colleague and friend who often had some interesting observation to make that was well worth hearing. And he had some interesting insights into physics that he often offered. I missed him after he retired. Being for ten years in Budapest, I'd lost track of you all, and now am very sorry for this sad event. My condolences and sympathy to you at this time.
