BARBARA CORDRAY BROWN
December 4, 2005
My family lived on Baxter Street since 1930. Ms. Grace Phelps was a wonderful friend and we considered her part of our family. We always referred to her as Aunt Grace. When we were growing up, she loved to invite us to sit on her porch and have ice cream and cake. She was a true blessing to all of us, as well as all the neighborhood children. She will be sadly missed - but lovingly remembered.
