I just found out today about the loss of your wife Grace. I am extremely deeply sorry for you and your family. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.

Mr. Moody,
You, Julie, Jan and family are in my thoughts and prayers. I was so very saddened to hear that Mrs. Grace had passed away. She was such a sweet and wonderful lady and I am glad that I had the priviledge of knowing her in High School. Both of you were such an inspiration to me during those influential teen years. The Angels are surely rejoicing with her now.

I would like to extend condolences on the passing of Grace. She was truly an inspiration to me, my brothers and my sister as a true band mother during our time in the Summerville program. I always appreciated her love and care for all of the band students at Summerville High School.

The years my dad and Mrs. Grace shared in the pride unit enabled me to get to know Mrs Grace in a different light. I knew all of you as neighbors first, when Julie and I were little, and then Mrs. Moody as a librarian when I was in high school. She fought a long, hard battle against such a devastating disease, and I know all of you were fighting right along with her. She will be terribly missed. You are all in my prayers during this difficult time.

I can remember that if it had not been for Grace I would not have been in the band. She led me the way to the old band room.

Dear Gus, Jan, Julie and family,
My thoughts and prayers remain with you as Grace is finally free from this horrible disease. She was truly a special lady who treated everyone she saw with a wonderful warmth.

Gracie was a part of our Columbia College Class of '57 and for as long as she was able she was a faithful member. We spent four wonderful years together at CC and will always remember her fondly. Our sympathy goes out to Gus and all of her family. We know she is at peace now, and we anticipate the day we will experience the greatest reunion imaginable, in Heaven.
