Charleston - Gloria Duncan, North Charleston, SC - Ms. Gloria Duncan, daughter of the late Richard and Mary Etta Duncan, finished her physical race entering eternal rest with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, December 16, 2021. The mother of Andria Miles (preceded her in death), Dr. William T. Logan, III of Raleigh, NC, James D. Waring, II and Jamie D. Waring, of Charleston, SC. The sister of Carolyn Pettus, Prince George Co., MD, Inez Duncan, Charleston, SC, Rev. Anthony (Karen) Duncan, Charleston, SC, Min. Mary (Stan) Davis of Jonesboro, GA, Annette Duncan, Charleston, SC, Col. Rodney (Lynn) Duncan of N. Augusta, GA, Carla (Derrick) Brooks of Collierville, TN. Preceded in death by the following siblings, Beverly Washington, Jimmie Duncan and Albert Duncan. Services celebrating her life will be held Thursday, December 23, 2020, at Jerusalem Baptist Church, 3317 Meeting Street Road, Charleston, SC. Ms. Duncan will be laid to rest at Carolina Memorial Gardens, 7113 Rivers Ave., North Charleston, SC. The walk through will be held on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at The Low Country Mortuary. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, masks and social distancing are required.
