Glenn White Obituary

Glenn A. White, 88

Worcester - Glenn A. White, 88, died June 18, 2016 at The Coleman House in Northborough, after several months of declining health.

He leaves his three children, Paul White and his wife Brenda of Falmouth, MA, Nancy Marculitis of Grafton, Ma and Kathy Simon and Ozzie Gunbay of Milford, MA. He also leaves eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren and his beloved dog Cody. He also leaves many nieces and nephews and good friends in Florida. He was predeceased by his wife Nancie, who died in 2013, a brother Fred Z. White of Arizona and his son in law Edward Marculitis, who died in 2006.

Glenn was born on July 16, 1927 in Chicago Illinois. He was the son of the late Florence and Frederick White. Glenn served in the United States Navy. Glenn became successful in the business world after graduating from Northwestern University. He moved his family to Northbridge, MA in 1969 to work for Draper Corporation. He later owned A Lewis Company in Worcester.

In 1991, Glenn and Nancie moved to Englewood, FL where they owned The Wash House. Upon his retirement in 2013 he moved back to Massachusetts. Glenn enjoyed studying genealogy; he also loved to fish, travel, hunt, golf, play cards and bingo with his loving grandchildren. He will be sorely missed.

The family would like to express their deep thanks and appreciation to Tatnuck Park of Worcester, The Coleman House in Northborough and Jewish Home Hospice for their loving care of our "Papa". Paul, Nancy, Kathy and family I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. I have so many fond memories of your dad as we grew up together and played daily. He took us fishing, hunting, to horse & dog shows, played football with us and so much more, most of all he had fun and made sure we did too. I hope your fond memories help you through the days ahead. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
