Gilles Rossignol Moncks Corner - Gilles Roger "Joe" Rossignol, 60, of Moncks Corner, SC, died Sunday afternoon in a Charleston hospital. His Funeral Mass will be 12:00 Noon Friday, October 12, 2018, in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, directed by DIAL-MURRAY FUNERAL HOME, MONCKS CORNER. Final Farewell and Commendation will follow at a later date in the St. Joseph Parish Cemetery, New Brunswick, Canada, directed by J.B. Cote Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the CHURCH from 11:00 AM until the hour of service on Friday. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Knights of Columbus Council 11991, 510 St. James Ave., Goose Creek, SC 29445. Mr. Rossignol was born March 13, 1958, in Edmundston, NB, Canada, a son of Oneil Alfred Rossignol and Dorothy Levesque Rossignol. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, and the Knights of Columbus Council 11991. Mr. Rossignol enjoyed fishing and riding four wheeler's, but he especially loved watching old TV series on TV Land. Surviving are, his mother of Edmundston, NB, Canada; two brothers, Jeannot L. Rossignol and his wife, Ardith, of Moncks Corner, and Geatan F. Rossignol and his wife, Terry, of St. Agatha, Maine; and four nieces, Marie R. Davis and her husband, Tim, and Elaine J. Rossignol all of Chicago, Angie R. Corriveau and her husband, Tylor, of Jacksonville, NC, and Dorothy L. Rossignol of Edmundston, NB, Canada.
