There is something about a Mother. This mother that we had was like no other. Oh Lord!, you have decorated your garden with the most beautiful flower ever!. She absolutely loved flowers too. Our mom was greeted at the Pearly Gates of Heaven from Frank Jr., her son and our dad. God told her "WELL DONE MY SERVANT, WELL DONE"! God has prepared many mansions and he certainly has prepared one for you mama. There are no more pain, worries, sorrows and struggles on this side mama. You have reached that destination that you have strived to get to. You literally walked out of this earth into your eternal home where there is nothing but the BEST waiting for you! Don't worry my brothers and sisters, mama will be watching over us and she will direct us in the right path. Mama, you have truly earned your wings! Fly on our ANGEL!!!Fly on!!!

I hadn't seen Mrs. Wilkerson in years but I remember so many conversations with her as I was growing up. She truly cared about the children in the community and she always made me feel special every time I spoke to her. May God bless you during this time sorrow and always.

My deepest sympathy goes to the Family and Friends of "Gerome Wilkerson" The days she had to leave you when her life on earth was through, God has a better plans for her ,for this, I surely knew. What a remarkable woman of God, "Mama" as we affectionately called her. This was a surprise to us when we got the news that you had gone home to be with be with the Lord and the love of your life "Daddy Wilk." You will always be remembered by so many people's life that you have touched and helped along the way especially in the Rosemont Community. We all love you loving, caring spirit, the work you did with your family, work in the Rosemont Community. You always had a kind word to say to everyone regardless of the situation. So we say to our extended family that we feel the same way you do and love her just as much.

Weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning. So we say to the entire family that God knows what is best and she is resting now with the Lord. What a faithful soldier in the Army of the Lord.

We salute you Deaconess Gerome Gillison Wilkinson for all that you have done for everyone that was a part of your life. Take your well deserved rest with God.
