Gerald McEwen Obituary

Gerald H. McEwen, Jr. N. CHARLESTON - Gerald H. McEwen Jr., 65, of North Charleston, South Carolina, went to be with the Lord on December 3, 2014 surrounded by close family and friends. He was born on October 20, 1949, in Charleston, SC son of the late Gerald H. McEwen Sr. and Frieda McEwen of Charleston, SC he was next to the oldest of his siblings. His hobbies included fishing, garage saleing, mustangs, listening to music and writing poetry. He is survived by 4 children and 5 grandchildren and leaves behind his sweet puppy Sandy. Proceeded in death by his late wife, Vera McEwen. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until 1 PM Saturday, with funeral service held at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Carolina Memorial Funeral Home.
