Gerald Mark Karst MT. PLEASANT - The relatives and friends of Gerald Karst are invited to attend his Memorial Service on Friday, July 13, 2012 in Christ Episcopal Church, 2304 Highway 17N, Mt. Pleasant at 10:00 am. The burial will be private. The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 12, 2012 at J. HENRY STUHR MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL from 5:00 until 7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hospice of Charleston, Foundation, P.O. Box 417, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29465 or to Omar Shrine Temple, 176 Patriots Point Road, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464. I am truly sorry to hear of Gerald's passing. I worked with him at the shipyard for a number of years and also bowled and played softball with and against him. He was a fine man and an exceptional friend and person. My sympathies to the family on your loss and i know he is in a better place.
