To the Family. Gerald was one of the best tenants we had at his East Bay St. Office in the 1980's. He was always tinkering with Tv sets to improve the viewing of his computer programs and giving direct and truthful guidance to his clients and many friends. He touched many people in a positive way. He could laugh at himself and make everyone have a great day..

Early in his career, Gerald taught math to me in high school. He was a fine teacher and comported himself quite well. A few years later we had a cup of coffee together when he was taking a graduate course at The Citadel. It was refreshing to catch up with him and I had expressed my profound gratitude to him for the patience he had to have with me as a math student! We crossed paths again in his practice a few years back. I found it compelling that he was still the same sincere and steady gentleman I first met as a high schooler. My sincere condolences to wife and his family. I was proud to know him.

Gerald was generous of heart and always willing to help others. He will be remembered for his kindness, intellect and keen sense of humor. I have lost a friend. Joanne has lost a loving and devoted husband, and the world has lost another mensch.
