Dear Mrs. Hodgkiss, please accept our sincere sympathy in the loss of your dear husband. My husband, Jonathan, was his roommate in the Roper Rehab Hospital earlier this month and it was my pleasure to meet both of you briefly. In spite of his very serious condition, his thoughts were always of you as he spoke with such love and concern for your health and safety. I had no idea what a wonderful life he had lived but in our short time together it was obvious that he was a man of great knowledge, wisdom, compassion and a very gracious gentleman. It was a privilege to meet you folks, even under such hard circumstances, may the Lord bless you and your family in this time of loss. Sincerely, Peggy & Jonathan Rogers

It was with great sorrow that I heard the news of King's passing. I was honored to have known him. He was a great friend and my banker. One could feel his earnest and heart felt concern about any issues that I had to talk with him about. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
